Free Products
Follow the steps outlined below to add a free product at checkout;

From the left hand navigation click PROMOTIONS

Click the [Create] tab

Select ‘Checkout offer’ and then ‘Free Product’.

You will then be asked to specify qualifying criteria including - minimum total order amount, or applicable categories, or a specific product that must be present in the basket.

Finally, select the free product from your product list dropdown and click [Create].
